Extradtion

The sad fact of modern life is that most nations around the world are now cooperating to trade citizens whenever they feel like staging a legal show.  Extradition is the rule for most, not the exception.  If your home nation wants to accuse you of a crime and prosecute you for it, you're most likely not safe even if you are on foreign soil.  Most countries will send you back to be subjected to whatever your own government deems appropriate.  Only a minority of nations today refuse to extradite residents to their country of birth.  And the information on exactly which ones offer this benefit isn't spread around much, either.  So here's a slowly growing list of safe countries based on your own nationality.  Additions and comments are welcome.


If you're a US citizen, you cannot be extradited from:
